WhatsApp is an app that allows people to send txt messages to each other (free) between all users who have the app. It seems to be good for people communicating overseas and communicating with people in countries with poor internet service.

They apparently turned down a $1 Billion dollar buy out from Google. How many of yall woulda sold once you were offered $1 Billion dollars?

This, When I first got to England I was so used to people in the states having unlimited texts...nobody really used these apps...but in the UK you either have whatsapp or nothing people DONT text like that. Still throws me for a loop because people do have unlimited texts over here...I guess most phone companies still charge for picture messages and its free on whatsapp.. anyway this app is bigger over in europe.

I'm from the UK.. I literally had the when American chicks said they didn't have Whatsapp. I could text because I bought a sim but I was confused. I got family in Ghana, Nigeria, Sweden etc. and they all have Whatsapp.
