I don't have Facebook, but my wife does. And the only reason she does is to share pictures of our kids with family..who is interested to see them.

Facebook is a family site and it's been that way for probably the last five years. I ate well off MySpace but FB is just not that type of site anymore. A lot of FB is about engagements, kids, relationships, marriage, family vacations, etc..

but at this point i just scroll down you have to accept that most peoples lives are boring and thus most peoples feeds are boring mundane things about their everyday life pictures of their family or if they are young the same damn selfie every day or if not that a bunch of vine videos they like which i swear i hate fukking vine

i wouldn't actually let this stuff anger me you don't have to go on facebook or read the news stories if you don't want too and you know most people aren't professional entertainers so somebody like you should stick to twitter and only add entertaining figures

I know a girl who posted up a selfie EVERY FUKKING HOUR she was in labor & has posted a pic of her baby EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST 35 DAYS since her kid was born. I get it... you're happy you have a kid... happy for you but we don't need to see every fukking moment of the childs life like this is the damn Truman Show or some shyt...

facebook has become a family website.. the kids have started to move on to whatever else.

some chicks definitely take it too far with posting pictures of their kid constantly.. but i can at least understand why they do it. i just gotta put them on ignore.

but the worst is when my facebook is covered in "like this 1 for prayer" or some dumb ass inspirational quotes in a pretty font. that type of bs.

Children are exciting but you cant understand it yet. Creating a life and watching him or her grow and develop is a pretty great experience. I understand their excitement.
