Facebook is starting to see decline in original posts and people sharing their thoughts. "Facebook's decline in personal updates reflects a common growing pain for online communities. What starts out as a special and intimate place to share thingsgrows into a big, impersonal, and professional platform ." The author points out one of the reasons why: "They know that, unlike in Facebook's earlier days, their status updates can now be seen by distant relatives, high school classmates, and co-workers -- so they don't share anything too personal."

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
lmao. FB has been reduced to a BDay calendar and rated-G family pictures.

Lucky for them they own IG as well, but even that seems to be falling off a bit cause of Snapchat.

Twitter is still going strong as ever and surprisingly Vine is still around even after IG sharked their video-clip platform...

I've hated FB for like 4-5 years now. It's crazy because I never liked the idea of it and then I joined in 2009 and then sure enough in like a few years of using it I hated that shyt.

I don't care about people's carefully curated lives enough to be on there like that. IG and Twitter serve their purposes far better than FB does.
