Facial hair at work

For work, as a black male what is acceptable in terms of facial hair? I prefer always having stubble. I am going to be working in a more corporate environment soon, so I was looking for advice on what's "acceptable", as we judged a particular way when it comes to our hair.

I rock facial hair and it's fine.

My facial hair style is similar to that of shemar moore (without the looks of course ).

Don't be rolling up in corporate America with Rick ross style facial hair...
