Failed To Connect To EA Online BF4.....Help

For the past week, everytime I try to play BF4 on my XBOX One, I always get "Failed To Connect To EA Online." Sometimes, I'm able to play a round or two, but then I get disconnected.

I restart my console and reboot my modem, but it still happens.

Oh, it's some lame ass joke about the xbox. It's also happening on the PSN with BF1.
