Faizon beating so many dead horses with this topic, they need a cemetery at the stable.

But, to answer his question, Hov hasn't even pushed the dope boy/mob boss persona since AG and he's now doing more luxury raps or semi-conscious raps now. Hell, even on RD, Hov approached it from a more introspective angle and he balanced it out with other topics as well.

He literally just did on God Did. He mentioned the billionaires he helped create which is really none. But how many crack dealers did he create?:jbhmm:

Where I shouldn't be
Let's be honest, Jay living off the fumes of three albums worth of tracks, his success and hype we all get when he drops a new verse. NOT that he is the best to ever do it cos to keep it a 100 he's been doing the flash/crack intersection since his first single.
Ain't none of us ever gonna agree on it either because depending on your mood you could name a bunch of spitters, but to keep acting like he's the pinnacle of the art is asinine.

Because he’s a rapper. Why do people act oblivious? That might be the most annoying trait in the world, lol.

Selling drugs, fukking bytches, prison time, gangsta shyt, having luxury cars and jewelry and big money, etc…that’s what the world of rap glamorizes and thinks is cool so why wouldn’t he touch on what he actually did? Do you think he’d be held in the same regard and have the same success if he never talked about selling dope? People be so intent on shytting on and critiquing people they don’t like that they start just saying/asking stupid shyt, :russ:

Telling your life story and glorifying are different things. This fat fukk is just looking for attention.

Freeway Rick Ross is living a celebrity life of the fact that he sold a lot of drugs. Every interview is always about how much money he made selling drugs, the people he met and on. The dude sells merch and shyt like he did something good. If you think Jay glorifies it, so does he to the power of a thousand. But I just sick freeway as a dude as telling his life story, unfiltered. The money, the deaths, prison, politics and on.

Jay z probably hasn't made a drug deal in his life, yet he still talks about being a dope boy. Then his stans see nothing wrong with it:mjlol:
