I'm an old nikka so this is common knowledge to me but a lot of youngins will need to see this... Suge had no boundaries when it came to beef/pettiness

after reading this, you should know 99% of it if you grew up at this time. i guess it's forgotten now because the new generation doesn't know shyt about it

I never understood this: when DR and INterscope parted ways in 1997, why did the former keep the 2Pac unreleased stuff?
Afeni sued for ownership of the material and she had a deal of some sort with Interscope for Amaru Records (she started with Jive for R U Still Down but I'm not sure if that was a one-album deal or what). I'm also not sure how it all shook out with her lawsuit, but basically she worked with Death Row and Interscope to release it. My guess is there was some sort of settlement of the lawsuit.

Death Row's logo wasn't on the cover for the Pac's Life project despite it containing Death Row-era material and it was only on one of the Best of 2Pac Thug/Life compilations despite them being released on the same day.
