Did you read the article? Since he just implied impropriety rather than actually saying anything defamatory, there's nothing they can do. If this dude crashed out I wouldn't blame him.

Yeah there is. The law covers innuendos. You can't just put someone's face alongside some article talking about nonces and say "I didn't specifically say he was guilty".

The difficulty they're going to run into is that he's likely broke on paper. People like Robert Shillman and Elon Musk cover his expenses.
