Fans love fights during sporting events

I hate this BS agenda by the NBA and the NFL to make it seem like it's a bad presentation for the fans or it's bad for the game

Look in the audience whenever there's a scuffle on court or on the field, and you'll see fans on their feet clapping & cheering. It shows emotion and an extra human element which goes against the idea that these guys are only out there for money.

I hate this Mike Breen-Bob Costas era of stuffy haughtiness in sports

I'm not saying it's the be all end all. But there's a reason the home fans always cheer the player who get ejected.

I remember the first time i saw 2 fans bashing each others faces in at a game.. monday night football dolphins vs bills at joe robbie in early 90's,the whole stadium was like fukk the game we cheering these dudes.And we had this annoying ass old drunk man sitting behind us smoking a cigar the whole game.Ahh the good ole days.

Look, they had to dead the fighting in the NBA because that league more than any other is predominantly black. NBA players fighting is seen as something significantly worse and more hostile than people in other sports fighting. David Stern understood there was a perception problem and got out in front of it. It's the same reason why he instituted the dress code (which apparently isn't enforced anymore).


We live in an age now where people enjoy hating and criticizing professional athletes for every little thing. It's a build you up to tear you down culture we live in.

Fighting isn't a problem in baseball or hockey because it's white guys. The white public sees black guys fighting as barbaric and something that must be stopped. An NBA fight on the level of the below-average hockey would be a 2 week plus news cycle story. We'd get stories about the hip-hop influence, poverty, lack of college education, <insert racist BS>, etc are the reasons why the *blacks* keep fighting. In hockey, it's a 15 second clip on Sportscenter and on to the next story.

Same with racing. Those dudes have 3-4 punches a year out of about 25 events. The NBA may get 3-4 punches landed about every 5 years. That guy is then suspended about 30 games.

They have to keep the aggressive black guys under control. But they won't take the arguments, etc out of baseball.

Low key, it's so shyt. Even more strange because we are talent for those leagues.

I think there should be a fight in every game, in all sports. Just for fun.
