His stuff with 9th Wonder is better than the Felt albums and his earlier Living Legend stuff. 3:16 and Murray's Revenge are probably his 2 best. Fornever is good too. End of the Beginning and Murs Rules the World, he's in top form on the mic, but the beats are pretty meh.

I actually think his newer music is better than a lot of his older music. Not that I don't enjoy it but I think as an MC he has refined his skills since his living legends days.

That's the thing with Murs though, he does things that if you were looking in from the outside, you wouldn't understand him at all. Get deep into his catalog and he does that type of shyt all the time.

Murs been putting it down lyrically in the late 90's. He's always been a very versatile and relatable emcee. He just didn't have production that did him justice until he hooked up with 9th. I fukked with his albums despite the production because he anyways still managed to make compelling and unique songs. Phonte even said they fukked with Murs but wasn't feeling his production, that's why 9th reached out to them.
