Go to Metro with ID(no contract so no SSN check) and pay $40(some might require $65) for the first month service and once you get the phone cancel service cause you don't need it. Go on eBay and find someone who can unlock the phone to use on whatever service you wanna use the phone on and pay $2-50 for it(It costed me only $2 for the Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 to get unlocked, $7 for the Moto Edge Plus 2022 both from Boost mobile, and $50 for the Motorola Razr 2023 from Metro).
