Now I don't know if they're gonna do this match, but I just had this thought some time ago. Mind you I don't usually do this shyt, so here it goes:
Kane causes DB to be pinned at EC. The next night on Raw, which I believe is Taker's return, DB and Kane get into it towards the end of Raw. Kane is beating the shyt outta DB when the lights go out. Taker comes out and stares down Kane. While this is going on DB slowly gets up when all of a sudden Taker chokeslams him. Taker then picks him up and delivers the Tombstone.
The following Raw Taker explains his actions. He says he's not affiliated with The Authority, but did the turn to make a statement: That this ring is for the land of the giants and there's no room for the underdog to succeed as the "main event."
All this leads to the 2 building up for the match at Mania where DB ends an irrelevant streak (
) Taker gives his props to DB at the end of the match for beating him.
After this it leads to DB beating Flabtista for the title.
