Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:..... Water and Lemons. And maybe some fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. That's it.

Thursday: I want to destroy a good two full plates and two pieces of desert on Thanksgiving. Then bring home leftovers for the weekend. I figured I would clean my gut for the pre-game.

Friday: I'm going work out


I don't know what the hell I'm doing as far as details...but it sounds right..:lupe: :patrice:

You will be ok. My only thing is did you prepare your body for the none eating. If not, the first day you might get headaches or something. Happened to me when I juiced for 3 days because I didn't do the pre stuff.

everytime i fast, as soon as any food enters my stomach, i seriously shyt it out like 2 minutes afterwards. u gonna be shytting your guts out
