In a fit of rage he ripped out the credit card machine at the front desk and it unintentionally hit the lady in the head or something.

But he's being charged with a felony on top of being sued. So he may have actually picked up the credit card machine and threw it at her.

Anyways, Faizon should have called the third party hotel booking app to handle it and not fuss with the hotel desk to see why it ain't go through and let the third party app talk to the hotel...
