I've got a few songs that were gonna be on the album. When I get home I'll upload them along with the Styles P Aaliyah diss and the new Mobb Deep with Kool G Rap verse.
More than likely they did a few songs in the studio and said "we should work on an album" while they were chillin. That happened all of the time...especially back then. Most tracks made like never saw the light of day. Why is that hard to believe? All of those joint/group albums that were announced publicly and/or rumored that never gained any traction...even with a song or 2 leaking

So I’m to believe that in addition to planning the label with Un, signing Camron, putting together a Commission album, executive producing Puff’s first album, and getting ready to launch Brooklyn Mint clothing…Big & his team made it a priority for him to go out of his way to record an album with Fat Joe who wasn’t even gold at the time while Big was multi platinum AND actively doing all of the things I mentioned earlier…

people love to hate on joe but honestly I was just watching him and jadas last pod and its REFRESHING how much he respects hip hop AND talks about it and all the classic rather than a lot of these pods that just gossip about girly chit today
