The couch to 5k is 30 minutes a day and it gets you from not being able to run shyt, to doing 3 miles in a row in 9 weeks.
Ive dropped 34-38 pounds this year on just keto and i been doing the couch to 5k and just 6 weeks this month since I have to go to basic on the 3rd. Its amazing brehs, if you do this in a year im sure you'll lose 100 pounds easily and be in great shape. Its easy and takes minimal time. 3x a week workout.
