See this is where conservative black folks often fukk up. They constantly go overboard and then turn people off. It's like they don't understand nuance and maybe being measured instead of going 100% one way. They will say shyt like instead of maybe we should move past slavery, not that I agree but they will say shyt like Larry Elder, that slave owners are the ones who should get reparations. It's like black conservatives go extra hard to impress white people and I've even seen some whites react like "damn you're kind of out there even for me...

I don't think it's fair to say across the board women shouldn't be leaders. I think some women actually don't have that maternal or familial instinct and either because of genetics or upbringing are actually suited very well for leadership instead of being a stay at home mom. You can make general observations but as we all know, the issue with that is that generalizations can harm or misjudge individuals. Not everyone is the same.
If a woman has leadership potential, she should be a leader. Just the same as a man on individual level. Now on average, maybe more men fit this mold but that is fine. That is still allowing individuls to live catering to their individual strengths.
