You all saw the father getting mad at kids in a bus, and then you formed your judgement.

You however did not see the kids bullying the kid, you didn't see probably the history behind all of this.
He may have already spoken to the parents and the school, that usually doesn't help to be honest.
Schools do not try to do anything when it comes to bullying, it's been like that for over 50 years.
