Just make sure he doesn’t get married to an unscrupulous person. If he must get married, it has to be someone of equal or greater financial standing. And he must have a prenup.

It’s not just enough to but him that land. He must be educated on why holding onto that piece of real estate can produce future offspring continuous hope for a respectable survival.

And remember child, distance yourself from anyone who ever utters the phrase “ money isn’t everything”. Time has proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that those who think this way are very often naive, foolish, shortsighted, liars, charlatans.

Stay blessed my child.

This is what i love pro black boys/black men content in a productive manner, passing down something as valuable as land and property so your kin can build on it and then pass it down to his own kids is good stuff. Alot of people are too quick to sell for the short term profit gain

Not hating but I see 40 acre plots in SD county listed for as low as $30K. It's a cute story but not necessarily some power move.

On one hand the dad has the right idea but on the other hand that shyt is so far away from the city I don't think population growth and expansion would ever cause that land to skyrocket in value. The cost of clearing and leveling would probably make it a no go in every situation that didn't involve an unrealistically massive population expansion.
