During the Golden Age of Hip-Hop ('86-'96) , interludes played a huge part of the records I grew up listening to. A lot of times I be listening to albums and be wishing that they extended these motherfukkers into full ass tracks.

Nas - "It Was Written" (Intro)
This the reason I made this thread.

I wish Nas & AZ would've vaporized this beat

I always liked this joint off of "Labcabincalifornia", which is one of the dopest most slept on albums of '95. I just wish they had fleshed it out a little bit, cleaned it up and put some verses on it.

The Pharcyde - "It's All Good"

Dr. Dre - "The Chronic (Intro)"

Another one where I just wish that Snoop and Kurupt would've just ripped this one.

Hell, "The Chronic" full of dope interludes and shyt.

Ice - T "M.V.P"s

I just like the track here. It's dope early '90s HIp-Hop production with Ice-T giving shout outs. Wish he would've ripped it though

Jay-Z - "Public Service Announcement"

Dude, one time I was at the gas station and I had "Ready To Die" on and I went in to pay for my gas and while I was going into the gas station, that interlude came on and I had my windows rolled down and was blasting cuz I was just going to pay and come back out.

Everybody in the vicinity was treated to hearing Biggie fukkin' on record.

There was old people around and shyt.

It was terrible

All of those old Cash Money Intros were so live! Mannie Fresh and those live instruments :wow:

GOAT Outro to end one of the GOAT albums. Pimp C blowing big and shouting out everybody for 10mins. Over a live band playing a Boosie Collins type of beat.
