I was in 3rd grade. Ride With Me definitely. Matter of fact, that whole album was crazy and was my favorite of the year. Batter Up. E.I. Country Grammar. Nelly was on fire. 2000 was insane in general for music. Hits in all genres for days. Can't believe that was 23 years ago.

After that, production, content, albums, everything shifted, starting with probably Nelly and Ja and then 50, and then Kanye. That birthed the next 10 years of music.
