I was going to go with "I still love you" by Next because of Puns closing verse. But outside of Big Pun I actually don't like that song. If I have to pick a hands down favorite track at this moment I'd go with "Head Over Heels" by Allure and Nas.

Nas kills it and the song itself makes you want to keep it on repeat.

Btw the broads in Allure tho :noah:

EDIT:
fukk it

"My material girl in this material world
I've been givin you pearls since you were just a little girl
Shirley Temple, you look so pretty wit yo little dimples
You know your shytty 'mental got u ready to flip your nipples
Why you pierce your nipples To feel a little independent
I'm glad you did it, hunny, the money's there
Go head and spend it, you represen'ed since the beginning
So if I cheat on you with other women
I promise to hit da box in 'em"
:banderas:

I actually hate these tracks. I'm cool with rap songs with an R&B singer on the hook but can't think of one R&B song that really needed a rap verse.

Eric Sermon talks about how much money the "your a customer" beat has made him on the drums alone in sampling. Not mention today hearing what it sounds like coming out of cars cruising down the street. That's one of the basic beats of Hip Hop and modern music now.

Close thread :mjpls::ohlawd:

Ra killed this shyt. Set off the rap/r&b collabs in regards to how we see them today as well.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jody live a few years ago, the woman still looks and sounds good. When she spit Ra's verses during the performance :ahh::whew:

Also Madonna bit/jacked her style heavily
