He's "died" twice at the Rumble.
1994: He was putting the beat down on Yokozuna when Bam Bam Bigelow, Diesel, Crush, Jeff Jarrett, The Headshrinkers and a few others came down....and he still beat them all down. Then, Yoko got a hold of the urn and that was a wrap. Then, he (actually it was Marty Jannetty in an Undertaker costume) rose from the casket afterwards. Undertaker returned at SummerSlam 94.
1998: Kane faked a face turn and came down to help Taker when he was getting beat down during his match with HBK. Then Kane set Taker's casket on fire. Taker returned in late February.
