First foremost culture is just personal Identity develop over generations/lifetimes and plays into one's life style, but other traditional purists would argue with me and say I'm wrong. Imo it can largely be boiled down into these things

-languages
-history
-religious/philosophical values
-food/cuisine
-forms of entertainment (music, theatre, literature)
-lineage

by this definition most people have culture

but most prusirts would say this is not culture because it CAN'T build a nation

which is why I say nation building should be kept separate from culture identity. They server 2 different purposes but some will argue with me and say they go hand in hand because culture is how you begin to a strong national identity
