I've had plenty of friends who've left that keep their security clearances?

Didn't this situation come to the light after she'd already left?

I really feel like this situation and Benghazi with Clinton we've been inundated with so much conflicting information we're buried. I feel it was done purposefully as well. To what ends I don't know.

As a former senator can you still hold a security clearance?

It all seems rather futile.
I'm not very fond of her personally and it's not about her being a Dem either.

There's so much wrong with our security overall that prosecuting anyone who isn't actively working against us seems foolish.

I'm saying in this situation, where she was "extremely careless" with classified information... anybody else, at minimum, would likely have their security clearance revoked and never reinstated.

I have worked in this field and there are things that, obviously, would be extraordinarily negligent and downright dangerous to have in the hands of enemies, which is likely what happened when she used her privately flabby and sick server. That's basically unforgivable with intelligence, especially considering she was Secretary of State, so she's seeing top of the food chain information that simply can't get into the wrong hands.

Why was there not a third party prosecutor...how does it make sense that the people appointed under the same party get to do the investigation

Ultimately it's cuz Obama didn't want to be implicated or questioned because Hillary did this under his administration

Fix was in a while ago

Must have missed the acronym. The thing to me is it's so far after the fact, if they dealt with it while she was in office of immediately after then yes. Honestly this should have been dealt with before she decided to run for president, it's turned into a football.

From what I've read about the server it was up to par. As the head I feel she had a special responsibility here but because she was given an option to I think that distorts the whole situation. She should have never had the option, when people were emailing her all those years someone should have put a stop to it if it was against whatever dozen set of rules they're going by for handling documents/communication. I know she is the Wicked Queen of the West and all but if Obama was doing something he wasn't allowed to someone would put a stop to it. I don't expect her to be some tech guru but the people surrounding her should be that's their job. There's failure here happening at every level and to single her out isn't the right message. It should have never been allowed to happen.

It was up to par? Did you miss the news that it was likely breached?

Did you miss the hackers releasing hacked emails?

How much is her campaign or the Democratic paying you to shill on this site?
