fbi moneypak virus

got this shyt today and it's a bytch to get rid of... Not sure if anyone else has run into this but it locks up your whole comp so the most you can do is use it in safe mode and go from there. I searched all over the place and it seems the best way to get rid of it is either system restore or a virus scan. Im trying to avoid paying for a malware program if possible. does anyone know of a free one?

Malwarebytes is good... they give a full trial for 30 days i think , even the free version might zap that.

You can only do safe mode you said though...the new norton seems to work good, should be able to install from safe mode... i think dont know never tried, if you install it they give you 30 days last i checked.


Look into the first option though...might be all you need.

I've been eating good off of this virus.

The first time I saw a PC with it I was like imagine people actually sending that bread via MoneyPak

Damn, I'm glad I saw this post.. if I would've caught this virus without knowing about it first I would've shyt a brick.

I've had plenty of these types of viruses before that could be erased by Malwarebytes.. but something like this definitely would've thrown me off and had me shook.

were u on the streaming site or the download site
