No one approved them but it doesn’t prevent blacks folk from swearing by it, despite multiple papers showing they don’t work

Felt like this needed it's own thread. Brehs posts are usually on point and after doing enough research turns out this is true. Only vitamin D, Folic Acid, B12 and Fish oil/omega 3 are the only effective supplements worth taking that are actually effective. The rest is just business. There's even evidence saying multivitamins increase your chances of prostate cancer.

Magnesium and potassium are good ones. Most folks are woefully low on magnesium

I had twitch in my right eyelid that wouldn't stop. A breh told me to cop some magnesium pills. Went away after three days of use.

He’s right and let’s be honest a whole lot of folks don’t value their health in the first damn place but all the sudden want to get health conscious about a vaccine. Diet consists of party and bullshyt but suddenly want to care about some fda approval.

arent health conscious about a damn thing else
