Felt like this needed it's own thread. Brehs posts are usually on point and after doing enough research turns out this is true. Only vitamin D, Folic Acid, B12 and Fish oil/omega 3 are the only effective supplements worth taking that are actually effective. The rest is just business. There's even evidence saying multivitamins increase your chances of prostate cancer.
