don't sound like there will be one at least for now.
The FDIC will give them some type of payout based on the value of the remaining assets and that should be it.
This is not going to be another 2008. The big banks have good reserves. the most this might spread to are smaller are other banks in the region that are not managed well

:what:tech salaries have absolutely nothing to do with the SVB situation

and what is wrong with people getting their worth in salary?
Ah, I don't mean I don't want people getting their worth, in fact I want people to keep pushing the salary price way up.

I'm only saying if more people lose their jobs or quit because their company can't pay them, then there's simply going to be that much more competition for the open spots and people's resumes, credentials, etc. are going to have to be that much better.

1min 50sec mark ole boy made it seem like the issue is confidence. But ppl lining up to take money out of banks doesn't seem like confidence
