The defense of statute of limitations is not on the table here. There essentially is none on the federal level with sex trafficking charges. He's basically giving his opinion on what Puff is looking at. And truth be told he is on the conservative side. Consider this - everyone is so caught up in the "freak offs" and the sex trafficking, no one is really talking about those gun charges. AR-15's with scratched off serial numbers? There are two charges, each carrying a maximum of 10 years. They were found in his bedroom closet. What defense do you think will work here? You can call the abuse accusers liars sure, but what about those guns? And that video of him beatin Cassies azz has already destroyed his credibility. If the prosecutor offers him 10-15 years in prison Puff should SERIOUSLY consider taking it. He's got a 2 year old to think about.

And I fully expect that when discovery is completed, his chances are going to look even more bleak.
