No it wasn't justified. The elderly woman was clearly emotionally distraught about something and wasn't thinking. The cop should have just removed himself from the premise or try to talk some sense into her.

First off that woman was not elderly. Stop makin silly excuses for that womans behavior. She should not have slapped that man. She knew exactly what she was doin, she is an adult. The problem is that females hit men and expect not to get hit back. She needed a wake up call and she got it

Back when I was 17, I was returning late night from a houseparty with a group of friends. While waiting for the night bus, a Chav girl (trailer park types for americans, youtube vicky pollard) and her crew approached me.

Chav: Oi, 'scuse me, you got eh faq?

Me: Smoking is an awful habit and you are well under the legal age

She proceeded to call me every obscenity under the sun. This continued as her and her lil crew got on the same bus as me and my friends. She is now causing such a huge scene on the bus everyone is listening in. My boy turns to me and goes

Boy: Allow, blud you gonna take that from this yattie tho?

Me: Whatever man, it's not my fault her mother drank while she was pregnant

There was a momentry silence as the sheer weight of the insult set in.

Bus reaction was

I turn around from my boy and Bam!! This chick punched me square between the eyes. I wasn't dizzy or anything just baffled she actually swung on me. Anyway, i continued to laugh and hit her with the She lost her shyt and started swinging on everyone

The busdriver ended up turning off the engine throwing the girl off to a unianimous round of applause
