and the mother had primary custody and you found out that she was getting beat by a guy she was seeing. What would you do, would you wait and see if it was a time isolated thing or if a pattern of her face being bruised continue would you try to get custody using the face that her home is no unsafe for your child

Off top try to get custody. If I even felt like a nikka was possibly beating my childs mother or acting incorrect around my kid, im getting my kid out of the situation, no questions asked.

Your kids should not be exposed to that kind of environment, and if she didn't end it with him after I laid my hands upon him, then I'd try and get custody.

great answers, coworker of mine is going through something similar, he found out this morning that his ex who is the mother of his son, showed up to work today with a bruised face. Its the first time its happen, but he doesnt know if he should act immediately or wait and see/find out more info. This is a first and his girl has never been caught up in any drama, they still have mutual friends that give him the heads up on things

I will use it as a perfect scheme to get child services involved and push for full custody of my child...

I don't think I could ever be okay with the notion of my child being raised by another dude...

I'd try to get custody if I see that she ain't tryna leave him after that. How many times have you heard of a dude only laying the smackdown on his woman once?

If you get off on gettin' your ass kicked then that's your problem......but that's no reason for the kid to be exposed to that nonsense, even if they ain't gettin' touched

If he's smacking her up then chances are he'll go after the little ones, too. Dudes like that are usually bytch-ass nikkas who like to take out their frustrations on smaller/weaker people
