I just lost about 36 months worth of work ....luckily i at least had all my drums and plugs on another laptop....but all my beats gone gone gone!!...oh well back to the drawing board...maybe thats the universe way of telling me my old shyt was whack and i need to come back harder

Yea I only have this laptop and it's older..battery is dead...I sent all my top projects to google drive but gonna use also dropbox.

I use stock plugins but I do have some sounds,drums, and sample chops that would be annoying as fukk to chop up again ..so hold this rep .

feel your pain... i backed some beats and sessions on usb's that all ended up being corrupt

after that i started uploading to like 10 different places. ..shyt is so frustrating..but to me its not losing beats..its having beats that I cant edit or flesh out cause of the sessions being gone

but you right..sometimes you need that purge..new jams to make

I feel like every producer gotta go through this. In 2010, I lost seven YEARS of sessions.

I now back up my stuff. Although, I should have a 2nd backup just in case.
