Female. I get more hours and in my experience they actually work harder. All my female managers help me get my tasks done so we can leave early.

Guy managers never give me extra hours. And they almost never help with tasks either. All the guy managers j have are lazy af.

I enjoy having no boss. And I hate the corporate work environment....I make my observations of it on here and they all get ignored cause I guess I strike nerves with my descriptions and it makes people uncomfortable.

The majority of my employers have been black. I thank them cause they actually gave me a chance when it mattered.

The people that didn't want to hire me or glossed my resume over....have almost always been white. Or the ones that hired me for shyt go nowhere jobs that barely paid.
