There is a difference between someone going out of their way to lie about how they look (e.g. makeup to change skin tone etc.) but certain things are just a reflection of society and what females have to do to represent something more socially acceptable (e.g. makeup to hide dark circles and acne scars) and for convenience (e.g. a prosthetic leg in the extreme case and less extreme a padded bra (without any padding most women, and men, would be uncomfortable......))
The the thing I will concede is the "go up a cup size bra" I see being sold, that stuff is mainstream. My badI would tell you how to know what's real and what's not but I will not encourage fitna (bad behaviour)
I got my add two cup sizes bra for going out
