It could mean a lot if they were to try to argue that he had to shoot because he reasonably feared imminent severe bodily harm from Michael Brown. It would be hard to argue that when Mike was the one running away. They'll go hard on this Superman angle that he charged Darren Wilson like a raging bull or some stupid shyt.
