Which should I cop? I can get both for cheap right now. I'm not a fan of soccer but I hear FIFA is accessible to non-soccer fans. I have MLB 12 The Show and only played it a couple times cuz I ain't know how to pitch or hit

I'd personally say Fifa. You have MLB and your words is you didn't like it that much. Its ok, you don't have to like it. Its a baseball game. MLB is the only baseball game on the market these days because baseball games are not really popular anymore.
Fifa on the otherhand is the most popular sport and sports game on the planet. I never buy it, but I always enjoy it thoroughly when I do play it.
My advice, go download the free demo and see if you like it. The demo gives you two 5min halfs, you'll know if you like it or not after playing with that
