Fighting Games with Custom Soundtrack?

How come they don't make fighting games that allow users to create custom fight playlists. You'd think this would be a popular option. I would love to hear some classic shyt like:

The first one. I would just hit the PS button go over to the music I had saved on my HD and play different albums.
