It's not the death of their careers. They just have to adapt to a historically winning style if they want long term success. The style of play is too dangerous. Who knows if Rg3 comes back 100 percent. He's getting better but we are starting to see the real him and that's okay. I just hope the rest of the fans are patient. Last year is irrelevant.

Or the style after integration(without the quota) that made america see that blacks at (so called) non factor positions like DE and TE made them game changers off pure physicality. Hence, the rules and offense switched up to keep the proper faces in place
