Just because you can run fast and like to run into shyt like a crash dummy, don't make you a great runningback. 
I'd cite references from @NYC Rebel as he's been the main one to compare the real differences between DMC and AD(Which are MANY) but I'd be here all day. The point is, McFadden was the guilt pick for not getting AD the year before. Simple as that. This isn't to say that DMC is an out and out bum, but he never had any business playing RB at the NFL level. The Raiders being the Raiders, have been playing DMC out of position in gross fashion for years. Should we put Anquan Boldin in the backfield and expect him to carry the rushing load for a full season too?
With that said, its elementary that the Raiders won't be keeping him. So I rule that barring a position change to an all purpose player of the Percy Harvin type, Darren McFadden has shown sufficient levels of flabbiness, sickness, and more washed up than a laundromat.
