Film Room Madness: #15 Spider-Man Series vs #18 Bourne Series

Now I don't know how many entries people counted in their heads when they nominated these two. Does the Bourne Legacy factor in? Is Homecoming involved in the Spider-Man series? So let's set some ground rules:

Any movie a part of the bourne franchise and any movie a part of the Spidey franchise. So that's Spider-Man through Homecoming and Borune Identity through Jason Bourne; it's all counted. So vote accordingly.

Tale of the tape:
Spider-Man- 6 movies over 16 years with another on the horizon for next year.
Bourne- 5 movies over 14 years with no more in sight as of now but who knows.

I'll leave the poll up for a week but if someone needs more time, say something. Don't wait till the week is up to say you need more time. Just holla at me directly or tag me here.

The Bourne franchise is more consistent. I only like the first two of the McGuire spider trilogy. The second one is the best to me. Villains in the Andrew Garfeild movies ruined it for me and I haven’t gotten use to the new kid yet so I'm going with Bourne

Makes sense. Bourne has never truly been my jam. I like them and I love ultimatum but I haven't rewatched any of them ever now that I think about it. Obviously I've watched spider-man movies a shyt ton minus spider-man 3.

Bourne series consists of a legit classic trilogy. I really like the first two Spidey movies, I think Andrew Garfield was vasty underrated in his performance, I fukk with Homecoming, but none of the films in the Spiderman series reached the heights that Bourne did. I also feel none of the movies in the Bourne series reached the low of Spiderman 3 or TASM2

The Bourne trilogy

Gotta go with Bourne, it really did revolutionize the modern day action film along with The Matrix. Told a great story and throughout all the films was at the least consistent. I could never really get into the Spiderman films (saw Blade & TDK, and those films ruined these colorful family oriented comic book movies for me).

I also paid to see Spiderman 3 and will never forgive myself and that franchise for that mistake
