Cause of death is strangulation. They broke his neck and choked him to death (coronor report is detailed in the tyt vid below).
They choke him to death then laugh instead of calling for help.
They are standing around his dead body joking with one another after they murder him.
Thats the thing. People don't ever want to see, but thats why people don't ever understand. They assume things are not as serious as they are because no one wants to look.
