:blessed: all them years of them supporting you. Now you get to buy them stuff since you have got a good paying job now :banderas:

i feel u on that. not just buying them stuff but giving them monthly allowances. it's a great feeling seeing the joy in their eyes.

for those people who dont wanna have kids, yall really should rethink. kids are important just based off the fact that ur going to need someone who loves u to take care of u when you're old and cannot work as much.

My mom had her 1st party at 67 and got her 1st gifts. She doesn't do holiday's or anything so this is her legit 1st party and gifts. I bought her a Ipad air 2 and she almost started crying. I've only seen my mom almost cry once and thats when her mom died.

She was so happy breh, one of the best feelings in the world.:mjcry:

It is a good feeling. First time I pulled this off was a couple of years ago when thier old box style living room tv was going out. Being that my folks are humble people they were just like screw it we'll live it. So I just went out to best buy to buy them a 60 inch without telling them.

The feeling you get while in a best buy line with people jocking your tv :blessed:

The reactions you get from people when you say the tv is a gift to your parents :salute:

And the feeling you get from your folks when you surprise them with a new tv :blessed:

Stay blessing the fam.

Love and cherish your family.

A couple of months back, my dad was in the hospital. It hurt my heart seeing him like that. I remember being younger when me and my older sister were growing up and he was a hero to me. A superman. To see him and that moment of weakness...it set reality in. We talked. I promised that I'd be successful and help the family out when I got the chance. I hugged him and I don't think I've ever cried so hard. I'm thankful he's better. But it put things into perspective. I wanted to him to see his son finally become somebody after so many years of fukking up....I'm happy I'll finally get that chance.

26, with 2 siblings in college I have no choice ($300 in bills every month)

Oh man, I totally forgot that I use to do this for my younger sister when she was in college too. She's 6 years younger than me and my parents were strapped for cash bcuz they were still paying for my education so they couldn't give her any extra money outside of tuition.

I wanted my sister to concentrate on school and not worry about money so I basically gave her 200-300 bucks a month. Money was tight but I managed. sadly I even resented it some times

You're doing the right thing fam. This is how we build. I promise you you'll be blessed.

This feeling is beautiful Brehs. Taking moms out for food and it all being on me, no longer wanting gifts from her but happy to show up with gifts for her randomly! Same with pops to....I just hope my kids feel the same and do the same with me.
