This, dude turned a 15 win Heat team into playoff contenders. They got eliminated in the first round both times before the Big 3 but it's not like dude is a horrible coach.

Well we already know what kind of coach he was in 08-09 and 09-10. He helped a 15 win team go to about 40+ wins with Wade and nothing else.
Basically he'll be only as good as what he has, he doesnt have anything right now. So who knows.
