Well the cinematography right off the bat separates this shyt from a no name director. Ain't no run of the mill director's film gonna look this good.
Plus it's Fincher so we know the storytelling will be next level.

I agree. Just comparing him against himself. I dont like those 3 at all but they are still better crafted films than a lot of shyt out there.

panic room was the only ehh one but i enjoyed it in theatres back in teh day

Fincher has been more miss than hit to me in recent times. Benjamin Button was boring trash, Social Network was good the first time before I read up on it and found out they made up so much bullshyt and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is one of the more pointless remakes of the decade. He's veering dangerously close to Ridley Scott levels of making a movie look as good as possible without it actually being good.
