What a difference a day makes. Just yesterday they were predicting maybe 5-7 inches of snow for most of NYC, and now the whole Northeast corridor is predicted to go under a huge storm with hurricane force winds.

We're not going anywhere tonight so let's get ready to sip some ginger tea and watch 60 mph winds slam fresh snow into our windows.

And I really don't get why we need to name blizzards now. :childplease: These people must be bored out of their minds in the wather rooms now.

They are hoarding gas out here already. :wtf:

It wasn't like this the day before Sandy, I guess it won't be like that ever again. :wtf:

Naming a blizzard means its going to be rough. Be safe out there yall and stock up on food so you have nourishment. O and fluids too. Make sure you have a flashlight, some matches, candles, rope, a knife and blankets too. :salute:

I don't know, breh. Seems like media manufactured hysteria. We've had blizzards on this scale before that did not completely shut the city down and they did not have names, either. :wtb: Seems like someone just wants credit for being a "pioneer".

Word. Somehow there's already a station near me that has somehow already run out of gas. :wtf:

I believe they now expect the worst to cover their buns in the event the storm cripples the city and people, enraged ask, *why didnt you tell us it was going to cripple the city :damn: * Better to be safe, then sorry, friend.

Yeah I just went to get gas and there were a couple of lines I just went to the full serve gas station and was the only one there.

I pray that I don't lose power but my block is very susceptible to power outages.

I'm thinking of trying to get a few people to go to happy hour so I can get some drinking in before the blizzard hits because once it does I'm staying in until it's over.
