Yep I been taking about this for awhile I'm afraid we are going to be slow to adapt though in the us and shyts gonna be real fukked up before it happens lol.

Giving people X amount of money and still having goods and services "cost money" will eventually negate the purpose. Family A could be saving $100 a month, and family B could be saving $10 a month.

What they ought to do is give them X amount of dollars worth of subsidies (free house or free food) and see how they fare/how much they use. IE: If Family A has better or worse spending habits, uses more electricity, etc. They can use that data to see what an appropriate amount of "money" would be to give citizens.

They'd be better off decomodifiying housing/utilities buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut investors gotta make money.
