New report in the last hour
A new report says that despite reports to the contrary, Finn Balor was never considered to face Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble. Sports Illustrated reports that a source in creative says Vince McMahon sees Balor as “bland” when he’s not portraying The Demon.

The site says that Balor is slowly being transitioned into a role similar to that of Dolph Zigglers, where he is a performer who can put on great matches but doesn’t get to the main event of have faith from the higher-ups. The site adds that WWE is “adverse” to the thought of reuniting him with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson as The Club.

The old man definitely isn't living in 2017 if he can't see why a "fit nerd" with the crossfit look and an alter ego just works modern day.

Being "bland" is the only way to survive that toxic company culture. Have actual opinions and you're a "trouble maker".

It's easy to see why elite athletes go NFL, NBA, MLB, MMA before considering wrestling. WWE should be attractive since you show your face but you can't make a move without their say so... bleh
