So do what? Be pissed off that other teams are bad? The East has been below the west forever, so its not like this season is anything special or different.
The Raptors have won 1 playoff series in their history, so it don't think its too crazy for fans to be fairly happy that theyre gonna win their division, get a top 3 seed and potentially win a round or 2 in the playoffs. Its not like anyone is expecting a championship or being unrealistic homers.
