Jamal Shead might be another Kyle Lowry type of point guard in the making. He has potential and a bright future. We shouldn’t trade him and he’s not trash
But yeah we need a Colin sexton type. A spark plug who can come off the bench, a player who can score and create on offense.
Even better, a great value jrue holiday or Derrick white on the bench would be great for us. Players who can make the right plays at the right time under pressure

Our raps just couldn’t get a bucket in the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter lol. I think we missed our last 10-12 field goal attempts. Tonight’s game was Probably their worst/ineffective shooting game as a team in a long time. All our shooters went cold at the worst time, they were bricking shots smh
It’s games like these that we miss an aggressive finisher/ scorer like RJ who will drive to the rim and get them buckets. With RJ healthy we win this game. Lately, Our offensive load rests heavily on the shoulder of Ingram more or less. Except for BI, We dont have a pure three level scorer with his own offensive arsenal who can be relied on to close out games on a regular basis when the team has a bad shooting night. We have more of a scoring by committee mentality. Our team has balanced scoring with everyone contributing but not multiple dominant and consistent elite star scorers.

Big test tomorrow night at MSG where the Raptors will face a very good and healthy knicks team on the road on the second game of a back to back.

Bad loss especially having the lead. We need a bit more juice offensively, didn’t like what I seen late. Offence was very struggle in OT late 4th. A move for a quality offensive player would be nice. Why was Quickley guarding Bridges late ? Questionable DARKO.

We need a perimeter defender/3&D wing player who can guard and lock down shooters. IQ is a point guard who is average at best defensively. He’s not that kind of player who will shutdown shooters like miles bridges in crunch time.
We still haven’t found A suitable replacement for OG Anunoby since we traded him to the knicks two seasons ago.

We got exposed as frauds/pretenders. Knicks beat us because they’re better, healthier, more experienced, physically bigger/tougher, stronger defensively, and offensively deeper than the raps. The whole team struggled except for rookie CMB
