uhhh no. you cant actually. blue cities are also in all of the blue states. in fact the biggest are in blue states. how will that explain alaska, montana, wyoming, oklahoma and such. black people also exist in blue states and are having less mortality. it has to do with less gun control. poor education, job opportunities, poverty and lack of any help by their state legislatures.
